A&E Closures; Lansley Passes Buck

While passing the buck, Lansley does appear to be endorsing the NHS West London proposals on closures. But he also says the decision can be referred back to him by the scrutiny committees of the local councils.

I will be urging H&F and Ealing to do just that.
