Andy lobbies Chancellor on Air Passenger Duty

Last week I met Alistair Darling about the newly increased Air Passenger Duty that will particularly affect the Caribbean community in my constituency. The government plans to move from a system of 2 bands to a system of 4 bands, in order to discourage the increasing carbon footprint in international travel.
