Surgeries and telephone calls during the current pandemic:
In light of the coronavirus pandemic, my office is currently unable to answer telephone calls nor arrange face-to-face meetings. My team and I will be doing our best to pick up any phone messages and respond to everyone who has been in touch as quickly as possible. However, at the current time the best way to get in touch is by email if possible.
Please be aware that my office will close for the Christmas period on Friday 18th December and re-open on Monday 4th January. Due to the exceptional amount of correspondence I have received this year it is currently taking around 2-3 weeks to deal with non-emergency cases. Therefore, if you have sent an email to my office after 6pm on Tuesday 8th December, we cannot guarantee that your case will be dealt with until we reopen in the New Year. We will endeavour to make exceptions for urgent cases, however, we are not, nor can we pretend to be, an emergency service.
