Surgeries and telephone calls during the current pandemic:
In light of the coronavirus pandemic, my office is currently unable to answer telephone calls nor arrange face-to-face meetings. My team and I will be doing our best to pick up any phone messages and respond to everyone who has been in touch as quickly as possible. However, at the current time the best way to get in touch is by email if possible.
We are receiving many emails about coronavirus and the issues that have arisen since the outbreak in the UK. We are doing our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible and we are prioritising constituents who require urgent help as a result of pandemic.
We always do our best to assist everyone as quickly as possible but we are not, nor can we pretend to be, an emergency service. If your enquiry is not urgent, I ask that you please be patient if we are not able to meet our usual 2-3 week response time.
